Ribhu Shadwal is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and strategic management, currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Airtel since October 2019, where responsibilities include spearheading digital transformation efforts and optimizing operational performance for enhanced customer experiences. Previously, Ribhu held various roles at Huawei from October 2009 to October 2019, including Senior Engineering Manager and Lead Architect, focusing on end-to-end solution architecture and supporting global sales of BSS/OSS products.
