Riju Suji

Riju Suji has extensive experience in customer experience management within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as AVP and Head of Customer Experience for UP and Uttarakhand at Airtel. Previously, Riju held roles as GM and Head of Customer Experience for both Broadband and Maharashtra & Goa at Airtel. Riju began a career at Idea Cellular Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Service Delivery & Quality and started in customer service as a Customer Service Executive at Airtel. Riju's early career included positions as Business Development Manager at Concord Travels and in Sales Business Development at Jyoti Travels. Riju holds degrees from Kurukshetra University and Sophia College.
