Shruti Bharadwaj

Shruti Bharadwaj is an experienced HR leader currently serving as EVP HR - Talent, Learning & Culture and Head of HR Airtel Business at Airtel, a role held since January 2023. Prior to this, Shruti accumulated extensive experience at Unilever from June 2008 to January 2023, holding various senior HR positions, including General Manager HR for Foods & Refreshments in South Asia, where oversight of HR for the Foods and Refreshments business was a key responsibility. Additionally, Shruti played a significant role in the integration of GSK Consumer Healthcare into Hindustan Unilever and led operational HR functions across multiple regions while advancing global automation strategies. Shruti commenced professional development at Unilever as a Business Leadership Trainee after earning an M.A. in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Commerce from R. A Podar College of Commerce & Economics.
