Usnish Bose

Usnish Bose is a skilled network engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as the 4G & 5G Lead at Airtel since December 2023, focusing on monitoring 5G KPIs. Prior to this role, Usnish worked at Ericsson as part of the central support team for LTE in Bharti India, where responsibilities included monitoring and analyzing network performance KPIs. Usnish has also held positions as an IT Consultant in the petroleum industry at KS Enterprise and as the RF planning and optimization lead at Vodafone Idea Limited, where key contributions included launching LTE and UMTS services and optimizing physical parameters for quality improvements.
