Vamsi Dasetty

Vamsi Dasetty is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in Total Rewards and HR analytics across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Head of Total Rewards and HR Analytics at Airtel since November 2020, Vamsi is integral to the HR leadership team and drives transformative initiatives in total rewards and people analytics. Previously, as Group Head of Performance and Rewards at Ola, responsibilities included overseeing performance and rewards across global group companies, while earlier experience with Vodafone involved managing Total Rewards and HR operations. Vamsi's career began at Cairn India Ltd, progressing from Senior Associate to HR Business Partner, and included an Analyst role at McKinsey & Company.
