Shweta Agarwal

Shweta Agarwal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the insurance and banking sector. Shweta started their career in 2001 as an Executive at ICICI Bank. In 2003, they joined ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, where they worked as an Underwriter and Customer Service Executive until 2005. Shweta then moved to Tata AIA Life Insurance, where they held the roles of Senior Executive-DM and Branch Operations Incharge until 2008. From 2009 to 2017, Shweta worked at HDFC Life, progressing from Deputy Manager to Senior Manager in Business and Service Excellence. Since 2017, they have been associated with Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where they held various leadership positions such as AVP of Project Management and Digital Transformation, Associate Vice President of Claims and Regulator Reporting, and currently serves as Deputy Vice President in Claims and Operational Risk and Regulatory Reporting.
