Jake Foutz is an experienced Environmental Scientist currently employed at Bhate since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jake worked as a Water Conservation Associate at Resource Central, where data-driven audits for in-ground irrigation systems and efficiency assessments were conducted. Previous experience includes bartending at The Burns Pub & Restaurant, where skills in cocktail curation and customer service were honed, and serving at FATE Brewing Company, focusing on high-volume customer satisfaction. Jake's early career includes landscaping, which involved operating and maintaining landscaping equipment. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2021.

Bhate’s roots started strong in 1991, working in the private and municipal sectors. We soon received our first DOD contract and have since worked at more than 2,000 DOD facilities in all 50 states and in 16 countries/US Territories. In the past 5 years, our expertise and our projects have expanded to vertical and horizontal construction, demolition services, and fuels/energy. And our geographic presence has grown to 10 offices worldwide.
