Deepak Karihalu

Deepak brings more than 12 years of experience in project management and operations. He has been part of the Bhavna Team since the beginning and has helped with startup operations and IT infrastructure development. Deepak believes that successfully managing the operations of an organization is a combination of logical analysis and people management. Relationship building and management are his core expertise and he connects with both the employee and the client at a deep level.

In order to fulfill his desire to maintain close links to customers, Deepak volunteered to act as Senior Project Manager for one of Bhavna’s largest customers. In this dual role, Deepak heads Operation and Finance functions as well as leading a team of engineers. Prior to Bhavna, Deepak worked primarily in video, telecom, and e-learning domains.

Deepak holds a Master’s degree in Computer Management.
