Unmesh, or Uno as he is fondly called, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bhavna Corp., a unique service company with an emphasis on Customer Commitment, Thought Leadership, and Execution Excellence. His personal work ethic has created an organization-wide focus on people; processes and metrics along with a culture of ‘ONE TEAM with customers, which is key to the client's success.

Uno brings 25 years of senior-level operating experience in a variety of senior management roles for internationally reputed Technology, Communication, and Multimedia companies. He has a consistent track record of growing revenues while reducing operating costs, and brings significant expertise in starting business units and functions from scratch. Over the last 20+ years, Uno has successfully built 12+ offshore design centers and run them globally across 30 countries, with four of them based in India.

A continuous learner, Uno has an MS in Structural Engineering and Computer Science and has attended numerous seminars on Technology, Management and Organization Development.
