Previously, Gerald held the position of Head of Operations at Cover It Up from November 2020 to May 2021, and served as Manager of Sales & Operations at ACHETER BUYTHEVALUE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD from January 2019 to November 2020, where responsibilities included end-to-end ownership of sales and operational processes. Gerald's earlier role as Operations Manager at Grabmore India from December 2006 to December 2018 involved managing multiple departments such as Business Development and Customer Care, ensuring high performance and effective team management. Gerald Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Applications from Annamalai University and has completed education at Campion A.I Higher Secondary School.
