Shonnah B. Driver has a diverse work experience in marketing and business development. Shonnah started their career at Baird, Hampton and Brown, Inc. in 2008 as a Marketing Assistant, where they assisted in the development and implementation of the firm's marketing programs. Shonnah then became a Marketing Coordinator in 2010, responsible for market research activities and developing collaterals and marketing campaigns. In 2012, they were promoted to Marketing Manager, where they managed RFQs, coordinated marketing initiatives, maintained client relationships, and developed marketing metrics. In 2015, they became the Director of Marketing and Business Development, responsible for establishing marketing strategies, researching markets, and managing social media efforts.

In addition to their work at Baird, Hampton and Brown, Inc., Shonnah has held leadership positions in various professional organizations. Shonnah served as President and President-Elect of CREW Fort Worth, Secretary and Communications/PR Director of Society for Marketing Professional Services - Fort Worth Chapter, and Member of the Board of Directors of The Fort Worth Herd (Friends of). Additionally, they were a graduate of the Leadership Fort Worth class.

Shonnah also gained experience in event management and social media as the PR and Social Media Chair for the SMPS Southern Regional Conference.
