Toby Stock is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) with extensive experience in the surveying industry. Currently serving at Baird, Hampton and Brown since March 2019, Toby previously held roles at FSC, Inc. as RPLS and Project Manager from July 2016 to February 2019, and at Frank Surveying Co., Inc. from March 2013 to July 2016 in similar capacities. Early career experience includes a position as Surveyor-in-Training at Frontier Surveying Company from June 2008 to March 2013. Educational background includes a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Geomatics from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University.
