Demetres Sarantopoulos

Demetres Sarantopoulos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and surveying engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at BHC since September 2023, Demetres co-founded Simeion Surveyors in January 2005 and held various leadership roles at TERNA S.A. from 2014 to 2023, including Head Surveyor for significant projects such as the Attica-Crete 1000MW HVDC Interconnection and multiple photovoltaic parks in Greece. Previous positions include design and surveying engineering roles at the Hellenic Ministry of Culture and Sports and DEKR - Rhodes Municipal Solid Waste Company, as well as experience with the Hellenic Army. Demetres holds an Integrated Masters diploma in Rural & Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
