Michelle Ballinger

Michelle Ballinger is currently a Project Manager at BHC RHODES. Prior to this, they were with MJ Harden, a GeoEye Company, for 4 years, KPGEO LLC for 1 year, and MJ Harden/Geoeye for 3 years. Michelle started their career as a GIS Technician at Techni Graphic Systems.

Michelle has experience leading all technical aspects of assigned projects, including database management, project set up, database creation, quality management of extracted data, loading, and final delivery to client. Michelle has also created and maintained guidance documents including extraction guides and quality control checklists. In addition, Michelle has developed and ensured updates to project workflow documents including regularly evaluating different tools and approaches for process improvement.

Michelle has a proven track record in managing the overall quality of each project delivered to clients, maintaining a 95% accuracy record. Michelle has also managed two shifts of personnel to meet multiple project deadlines, maintaining a 95% on-time delivery record.

Michelle Ballinger has a Masters of Geographic Information Systems from Penn State University, a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State University, a B.S. in Environmental Geography with an Environmental Studies Certificate from Ohio University, and a High School Diploma from GlenOak High School.

They are on a team with William Buck - Project Manager, Joe McLaughlin - Senior Project Manager, and Kevin Pinkowski - Senior Project Manager. Michelle Ballinger reports to Mark Sherfy, VP, Development Group Director.
