Kristina Rooney

Kristina Rooney is a strategic and results-oriented leader with extensive experience in operational management, team development, and process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Administrative Operations at BHcare since August 2020, Kristina focuses on streamlining functions and enhancing organizational efficiency. Prior to this role, Kristina held positions such as Senior Practice Manager at LHC Group, where responsibilities included collaborating with various departments to drive organizational development and oversee a team serving 450 patients. Kristina's earlier experience includes roles such as Manager of Staffing at Vista Life Innovations, and Program Counselor at Vista Vocational & Life Skills Center, where efforts centered on staff training and program management. Kristina holds a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
