Courtney Bell

Courtney Bell has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and positions. courtney started their career as a Development Manager at Interfaith House, where they successfully increased fundraising and secured government contracts. courtney then served as the Executive Director at Chicago Women's Health Center, where they oversaw operations for four years. Following this, Courtney became the Executive Director at Bottomless Closet, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women in finding employment. In this role, they developed strategic partnerships, increased foundation support, and expanded community partnerships. courtney also served as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Chicago and as a Clinic Director at All Women's Health. Notably, Courtney held the position of Board Member and President at Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health, contributing to adolescent sexual health and comprehensive support for young parents. courtney was also involved with Lead Boston as a participant and worked as a Principal at Brook Consulting, LLC.
