Fay K. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Fay began their career at The National Institutes of Health as an Intern at the NIH Clinical Center, Nursing Department in 2014. Fay then moved on to Brigham and Women's Hospital, where they worked as a Registered Nurse from 2016 to 2019 and also served as a Bioethics Department Committee Member from 2017 to 2019.
In 2018, Fay joined the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program as a Registered Nurse and transitioned to the role of Nurse Project Manager in March 2022.
