Healthcare Services Team

The Healthcare Services Team at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP) provides comprehensive medical and behavioral health care to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. This multidisciplinary team includes physicians, nurses, behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, and support staff who collaboratively address acute and chronic health conditions, mental health issues, addiction treatment, and overall well-being.
