Ray VonFyler has extensive work experience in the field of technology infrastructure and network management. Ray started their career as a Data Communications Technician at BLUE CROSS & BLUE SHIELD OF MASSACHUSETTS in 1974, where they were responsible for the installation and maintenance of desktop devices and wiring installation. From 1987 to 1989, they worked as a Senior Field Engineer at Boston Safe, supporting the installation and management of local and wide area networks. Ray then joined Bradlees in 1999 as a Network Analyst, providing technical support and managing WAN/LAN infrastructure for multiple stores.

In 2009, Ray was promoted to Sr. Engineer at Boston Medical Center. Ray represented the IT department in facility build-out projects and the Campus Redevelopment project. Ray recommended and supported audiovisual, video conferencing, signage, and HCTV systems.
