Jean Clabaugh currently serves as the VP of Human Resources and Talent Management at BHE Renewables, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Jean held the title of VP Talent Acquisition Leader at Aramark from May 2022 to October 2023. Jean's extensive experience at Wells Fargo from 1999 to May 2022 includes roles such as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Planning, where responsibilities encompassed managing talent acquisition strategies for over 150,000 employees and leading a team of 400 recruiting professionals, as well as overseeing a multi-million dollar budget. Earlier positions at Wells Fargo included Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Planning for the Home Mortgage division and Human Resources Consultant as an Assistant Vice President. Additionally, Jean worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at Principal Financial Group from 1995 to 1999. Jean holds a Master's degree from Iowa State University and additional education from Gustavus Adolphus College.
