Rôle

Le ou la Responsable CoinMobile Money pilote toutes les opérations financières liées à cette marque :

• Supervision des services de dépôt, retrait, transfert, crypto et change
• Encadrement et coordination des agents terrain
• Sécurisation des flux de trésorerie et gestion des fonds de roulement
• Suivi de la satisfaction client et gestion des réclamations
• Développement du réseau de points de service CoinMobile Money

Profil recherché

Expérience :

2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire (mobile money, caisse, microfinance, réseau d’agents…)

Compétences & outils :

• Supervision d’agents sur le terrain
• Bonne maîtrise de la gestion de caisse et des flux financiers
• Connaissance des services mobile money, crypto et change
• Suivi des indicateurs et reporting régulier
• Permis moto ou voiture (permis A ou B) apprécié

Conditions de travail

• Contrat : CDI
• Salaire mensuel : 180 000 – 230 000 FCFA net (fixe + primes de performance et de déplacement)
• Zone de travail : Yaoundé – déplacements fréquents à Odza, Nkolnda, Leboudi

Role

The CoinMobile Money Manager oversees all financial operations of the brand, including:

• Managing cash-in, cash-out, transfers, crypto transactions, and currency exchange
• Supervising and coordinating field agents
• Ensuring secure cash handling and operational accuracy
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving issues
• Expanding the network of CoinMobile Money service points

Candidate Profile

Experience:

2–3 years in a similar role (mobile money, cashiering, microfinance, or agency network management)

Skills & Tools:

• Field team supervision and coordination
• Strong cash handling and transaction tracking skills
• Knowledge of mobile money, crypto, and currency exchange
• Regular reporting and inter-agency coordination
• Motorcycle or car license (A or B) is a plus

Work Conditions

• Contract: Full-time (CDI)
• Monthly Salary: 180,000 – 230,000 FCFA net, including performance and mobility bonuses
• Coverage area: Yaoundé – frequent travel to Odza, Nkolnda, Leboudi
