Rôle

Le ou la Responsable des Opérations est en charge de :

• Lancer et faire fonctionner Njooh sur le terrain à Yaoundé
• Superviser les livraisons, le suivi de flotte, et la relation avec les partenaires (restaurants, commerces)
• Encadrer les équipes internes (livreurs, développeurs, designers)
• Suivre les performances, les indicateurs (KPI) et optimiser les processus
• Assurer la préparation au déploiement de l’application mobile Njooh

Profil recherché

Expérience :

2 à 3 ans minimum dans la gestion d’opérations, la logistique urbaine, ou la coordination terrain Expérience dans une startup, un projet digital ou un service de mobilité est un atout

Compétences & outils :

• Très bonne organisation et gestion des priorités
• Suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI)
• Coordination d’équipe pluridisciplinaire
• Maîtrise de Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, outils de gestion comme Notion ou Zoho

Conditions de travail

• Contrat : CDI
• Salaire mensuel : 250 000 – 300 000 FCFA net, selon profil
• Lieu : Yaoundé

Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for:

• Launching and managing Njooh’s on-the-ground operations in Yaoundé
• Overseeing deliveries, fleet tracking, and early partner onboarding (restaurants, shops)
• Coordinating internal teams (delivery, tech, design)
• Monitoring KPI performance and optimizing daily workflows
• Preparing for the official launch of the Njooh mobile app

Candidate Profile

Experience:

2 to 3 years minimum in operations management, urban logistics, or field coordination Experience in a startup, e-commerce, or mobility service is a strong plus

Skills & Tools:

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong KPI monitoring and process tracking
• Team coordination and hands-on leadership
• Proficient with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and tools like Notion or Zoho

Work Conditions

• Contract: Full-time (CDI)
• Monthly Salary: 250,000 – 300,000 FCFA net, depending on experience
