Arpita Deshmukh

Arpita Deshmukh is a Business Intelligence Data Engineer at Behavioral Health Group (BHG) since July 2020, where responsibilities include analyzing large data sets with over one million rows, integrating complex systems, and ensuring high data quality for real-time reporting. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Alteryx, and experience in building automated ETL/ELT pipelines are noted, along with the development of metrics and KPIs to monitor performances at over 120 global locations. Prior experience at Strategic Materials included roles as a Revenue Data Analyst and a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst Intern, where collaboration with executives and stakeholders facilitated the creation of comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards. Educationally, Arpita holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
