Russell Goin

Russell Goin has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Russell is currently the Chief People Officer at Behavioral Health Group (BHG), the largest network of outpatient opioid treatment and recovery centers in the US. Prior to this, they served as the SVP of Human Resources and later as the SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Rent-A-Center. Before Rent-A-Center, Russell held the position of Vice President, People and Culture at NewcrestImage, a premier hotel development and management company. Russell also served as the Vice President, Field and Corporate Human Resources at Rent-A-Center for a period of 10 years, where they supported a market entry into Mexico and Canada. Russell's earlier experience includes working as the Regional Human Resources Director at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) and as a Human Resources Generalist at Command Alkon. Russell started their career as a General Manager at La Quinta Inns and Suites.

Russell Goin completed their Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University, where they studied between 1992 and 1997. Russell later pursued an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, which they successfully obtained between 2000 and 2003. No specific field of study was provided for either of their degrees.
