Samson Teklemariam, LPC, CPTM, currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Behavioral Health Group - BHG since March 2024, having previously held the role of Vice President, Director of Clinical Services at the same organization from June 2021 to January 2024. Before joining BHG, Samson was the Director of Training & Professional Development at NAADAC, where strategic development and implementation of training initiatives were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Learning and Development and National Clinical Trainer at Phoenix House, where leadership of a national team and training of behavioral health providers were focused on enhancing employee engagement and service delivery. Additional experience as a Family Intervention Specialist and Counselor rounds out a diverse professional background. Samson holds a Master of Arts in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from Columbia International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministries and Counseling from Toccoa Falls College.
