Pamela Irrgang

Pamela Irrgang is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across several industries. Currently serving as a Real Estate Advisor at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Paracle since January 2018, Pamela has also held the position of Real Estate Agent. Prior to this, Pamela was a Business Development Consultant at JRG Refrigeration from January 2021 to August 2022, where strategic insights and operational optimization were delivered, alongside the development of leadership programs. Before that, Pamela managed daily operations as Operations Manager at Out of the Blue Boutique from March 2010 to March 2016, focusing on trend analysis, inventory management, and marketing strategies. Additionally, Pamela founded Journey Light, Inc., from March 2007 to December 2009, where a line of juvenile products was developed, and efforts to secure start-up capital were successfully executed.
