Walt Hurtt

Walt Hurtt is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as VP/Broker/Sales Manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices since August 2016, Walt has also held similar roles at multiple offices within the company. Prior to this, Walt worked as an agent at Patterson Schwartz Real Estate from September 2008 to August 2016, where expertise in negotiating complex contracts and training new agents was developed. Earlier experience includes a position as an agent at Realty Executive Solutions from October 2004 to September 2008, where a lead generation system was established. Walt holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Goldey-Beacom College and a diploma from Palmetto High School. Recognition includes the Realty Alliance Sales Award and designation as a Delaware Today’s 5 Star Real Estate Agent.
