Arad Yampel has a diverse background in finance and operations, currently serving as an intern at BHI since August 2025. Previously, Arad worked at Finaloop as Accounting Operations Manager and Operations Analyst from April 2024 to August 2025, and gained tutoring experience at Reichman University from January 2023 to July 2024, focusing on business, financial, and mathematics courses. Before that, Arad interned at Disruptive AI Venture Capital in early 2024. A significant role was held at Justt from March 2021 to February 2023 as a Senior Chargeback Analyst, where best practices in team management and chargeback analysis were established. Arad also contributed as a Fellow at J-Ventures Fund and served as a Foreign Relations NCO in the Israel Defense Forces from November 2017 to June 2020. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from Reichman University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
