Helen Portnova is a seasoned business analyst and consultant with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as an ACBS Business Analyst/Consultant at BHI since July 2019, Helen specializes in analyzing banking system requirements and supporting conversion projects. Previous roles include positions at Citigroup, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Crédit Agricole CIB, Bank Leumi USA, Credit Suisse, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking, and Banc of America Investments, where Helen focused on functional requirements analysis, regulatory reporting, and business process optimization.
