Rod Salguero

Rod Salguero has a strong background in commercial real estate lending and portfolio management. Rod began their career at Wells Fargo in 2006, where they served as a Relationship Manager responsible for loan originations, underwriting, and portfolio management for private real estate clients in NYC. In 2012, they joined Bank of America as a Vice President in Real Estate Lending, where they continued to provide commercial real estate lending services and was responsible for ongoing analysis of client financials and real estate holdings. In 2018, Rod joined People's United Bank, N.A. as an SVP, initially serving as a Team Lead and later as a Group Manager. In these roles, they provided commercial real estate lending services and oversaw the New York Region portfolio management team. In 2021, they joined BHI as an SVP Senior Credit Risk Officer.
