Ryann Shure

Ryann Shure currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at BHI, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Ryann was the Director of HR at BBR Partners from September 2017 to January 2024, where responsibilities included acting as a strategic partner to drive engagement, retention, and business objectives while fostering relationships across departments. Prior experience includes roles as VP of HR and Senior HR Business Partner at J.P. Morgan from February 2014 to August 2017, where guidance was provided to senior clients regarding organizational structures. Earlier, Ryann worked in various capacities at JPMorgan Chase, starting as a Corporate HR Analyst in 2008. Ryann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
