Samnang S

Samnang S is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Planning and Statistics at the Department of SMEs within the Ministry of Industry and Handicraft since March 2019. Samnang has also held the position of Deputy Chief Office at the Ministry of Industry and Handicraft since October 2013, in addition to working as a Network Professional with bHIP Global since January 2012. Prior experience includes serving as a Government Officer at the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy from October 2011 to October 2013. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English for Professional Communication from the Institute of Foreign Languages, a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Financial Support Services from Cambodian Mekong University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication from the Institute of Foreign Languages.
