Chris Maierhoffer is a Principal with the BHP Global Innovation Team, holding a P.Eng and an MBA. Chris has extensive experience as a Process Engineer in the mining and metals industry, with skills in Continuous Improvement, Maintenance Management, and Project Engineering. Previously, Chris served as a Managing Partner at All Cuts Concrete Cutting and Coring Ltd., where they led the startup development to profitability. Chris has also held positions at Welco and Nutrien, enhancing operational efficiency and driving project success. They graduated from the University of Saskatchewan and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Systems Engineering at the University of Regina.
