Claire Evans

Claire Evans has extensive legal experience primarily at BHP, where roles have included Vice President - Commercial Legal and Head of Legal - Marketing. Prior to BHP, Claire served as Legal Counsel - Disputes (secondee) and held various positions at Herbert Smith Freehills, including Senior Associate in Disputes and Solicitor. Early career involvement included working as a Judge's Clerk for the Hon Susan Glazebrook at the New Zealand Court of Appeal and as a Summer Clerk at Bell Gully. Claire Evans holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with First Class Honours from the University of Otago, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
