Claudette Leeming

Claudette Leeming is the Global Head of Property and Workplace at BHP, where they lead strategic initiatives with a focus on operational excellence and customer-centred service delivery. With over 25 years of experience in the property industry, Claudette has held several leadership roles, including Practice Director at Carr and Head of Workspace at Australia Post. They co-founded Artillery Interior Architecture, establishing a competitive design practice recognized as Best Emerging Practice by the Design Institute of Australia. Currently serving as Chair of the School Council at Lauriston Girls' School, Claudette is committed to developing high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative culture. They are a Graduate of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
