Eleanor Guymer

Eleanor Guymer is a cultural heritage management professional with over 15 years of experience predominantly in the extractive resources industry. They have conducted all aspects of cultural heritage fieldwork, community consultation, and negotiation, particularly enjoying collaborations with Indigenous groups to protect their cultural heritage. Eleanor's previous roles include Archaeologist at Rio Tinto Alcan, Senior Cultural Heritage Specialist at AECOM, and Specialist Cultural Heritage at Rio Tinto Coal Australia. They currently serve as Principal Cultural Heritage at BHP and hold degrees in Archaeology & Anthropology, and a Graduate Diploma in Native Title and Cultural Heritage Management.
