Elise Naumann is a Senior Process Engineer and Metallurgist currently working at BHP as a Senior Development Metallurgist. They previously served in various roles at Inception Consulting Engineers, notably managing a small team on the Bismuth and Antimony Removal project and providing metallurgical support for antimony roasting in the Middle East. Their earlier experience includes work at OZ Minerals and a variety of internships, supporting projects in process engineering and supply chain. Elise holds Bachelor's Degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry and Pharmacology from the University of Adelaide, graduating with First Class Honours.
