Currently serving as Lead Asset Integrity at BHP since November 2025, Joshua has previously held positions such as Superintendent Projects at Whitehaven Coal and various roles at BHP, including Project Manager and Portfolio Lead. Notable achievements include managing a $150 million capital works portfolio at Whitehaven Coal and overseeing significant projects like the Riverside Rejects Project and various upgrades at BHP. Joshua's career began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Queensland, complemented by a range of engineering roles in different companies, showcasing significant technical and project execution skills throughout the career.
