Kate Medling is currently the Principal of Production Excellence at BHP, having previously held roles such as Specialist Technical Standards and Specialist Planning at the same company from 2021 to 2022. Prior to joining BHP, Kate accumulated extensive experience at Anglo American between 2011 and 2012, including positions as Mine Geologist, Resource Geology Specialist, and Project Technical Coordinator. Kate holds a Master of Engineering in Mining Engineering from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Science in Geology with Honours from the University of Adelaide.
