Kathlene Jacobson

Kathlene Jacobson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the potash industry. Currently serving as Principal Business Performance at BHP, Kathlene functions as Chief of Staff to the Potash Asset President and the Asset Leadership Team, while also leading innovation initiatives and technology development in potash extraction. Prior experience includes roles at The Mosaic Company, where responsibilities encompassed production and process engineering, as well as applied research for mining applications.
