Lauren Barker

Lauren Barker is an experienced professional specializing in leadership development and learning design. Currently serving as a Specialist in Leadership Development Design at BHP since June 2025, Lauren previously held roles at EY from August 2021 to May 2025, including Learning Design Manager and Oceania FSO Learning Manager on secondment. Core competencies include instructional design, adult learning methodologies, stakeholder management, and talent development. Prior to EY, Lauren worked at The University of Queensland as a Career Services Advisor and Career Development Learning Adviser focused on career coaching and public speaking.
