Malcolm Evans

Malcolm Evans is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in enterprise architecture across various prestigious organizations, including BHP, Rio Tinto, and Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers. Currently serving as Principal Architect for Minerals Australia at BHP since September 2022, Malcolm contributes to architecture panel reviews and promotes standard reference architecture coordination. Previous roles involved oversight of mine expansion studies at Rio Tinto, development of the enterprise architecture practice at WesCEF and DPIRD, and consulting expertise with JourneyOne and Surak Enterprises. Malcolm's technical proficiency includes architecture governance, strategy development, and the establishment of architecture repositories. With a B.Sc Honours in Information Technology/Physics from The University of Western Australia, Malcolm combines academic knowledge with practical experience to advance organizational goals through innovative solutions.
