Paul O'Donnell

Paul O'Donnell is an experienced transport mid-senior leader with a strong focus on strategic operations and execution in rail transport and maintenance. Since 2002, Paul has served as an Officer in the Australian Army. They held various roles at Metro Trains Melbourne, including Depot Train Driver Manager and Train Driver, and worked with Pacific National as both Train Crew and Locomotive Driver. Paul's previous position as Principal Rail Operations Strategy at BHP reflects their expertise in large team leadership and remote operations. They earned their Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and completed programs at the Australian War College and the Royal Military College of Australia.
