Rachel Lee is currently the Head of Legal for Employee Relations at BHP, where they oversee a national team of employment lawyers and provide strategic legal advice on various workplace issues across Australia, Asia, and Europe. In addition to their corporate role, they serve as the Deputy Chair for Teach Learn Grow, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to mentoring rural students in Australia.
