Selina Broun

Selina Broun is a Principal Geoscientist at BHP, where they focus on public reporting and assurance activities related to Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves. Previously, Selina held roles as a Senior Consultant at Snowden Mining and Industry Consultants, a Senior Geologist at Rio Tinto Iron Ore, and worked as a Geologist for several companies including Delta Gold and Western Metals. They completed a BSc in Geology from The University of Western Australia and earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Geostatistics along with a Graduate Diploma in Mathematics from Edith Cowan University. Selina has extensive experience in resource estimation, simulation, and public training, contributing to both industry practices and educational initiatives throughout their career.
