Shane Pearce

Shane Pearce is a seasoned project controls and planning professional with extensive experience in the resources and infrastructure sectors. Currently, Shane serves as Lead Project Controls & Analysis for the Rail Technology Project at BHP, having also held positions such as Principal Planning & Scheduling. Prior to BHP, Shane worked with Fluor Corporation and Chevron, where involvement in the $30 billion Wheatstone LNG project was noteworthy. Other significant roles include Principal Consultant positions with LogiKal Projects and a history of leading planning teams for major projects at Rio Tinto, Network Rail, and Thales Transportation. Shane holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Curtin University and a Certificate in Frontline Management from the University of Warwick.
