Taiwo Oyeleye

Taiwo Oyeleye is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in analytics and operations intelligence. Currently serving as the Lead Data Analyst at BHP since March 2023, Taiwo focuses on automating KPIs to enhance business operations. Previously, Taiwo worked at Ericsson from August 2009 to March 2023 in various roles, including ASR and Manager of Network Performance & Reporting, where notable contributions included optimizing demand management and achieving a significant reduction in supply-demand forecasting deviations. Taiwo's expertise includes data administration and KPI development, notably leading Ericsson's first 4G Managed Services project in Africa. Earlier experience includes managerial responsibilities at Airtel Nigeria managing large-scale projects and software development lifecycles. Taiwo holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Lagos.
