Tatum Woodroffe is an accomplished technical mining engineer with extensive experience in mine design, planning, and ore reserve estimation. Currently serving as Manager of Operational Readiness and other managerial roles at BHP since March 2019, Tatum has demonstrated expertise in team leadership and mentoring. Previous roles include Principal and Consultant at Woodroffe Mining Services and Director at Hardwood Digital, a digital marketing agency. Tatum also held positions at Glencore Copper and Glencore Zinc, focusing on budget scheduling, mine development design, and mentoring mine planning engineers. Tatum holds an MBA from Ducere Global Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from the University of South Australia.
