Zaid Faydi

Zaid Faydi is an experienced professional in the technology and quality assurance domains, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Lead at BHP since July 2024. Zaid is also a Small Business Owner at InspectKit, a configurable mobile app designed to assist users in generating high-quality on-site notes and documents, a venture that began as a supportive initiative for a friend in May 2021. Prior roles include various positions at Last Yard from May 2014 to June 2024, where Zaid contributed as a Service Delivery & Solutions Architect, Implementation and Test Manager, and Automation Specialist. Additionally, Zaid has held technology consulting roles at BHP and test management positions at Imdex Limited and the Water Corporation. Zaid’s career began at IBM, where responsibilities included roles as Test Lead and Software Engineer. Educationally, Zaid holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from The University of Western Australia.
