Gauri Dronamraju

Gauri Dronamraju is an experienced corporate recruiter currently working at BHS Corrugated & Robotics North America, where responsibilities include managing all phases of the recruitment process and collaborating with department managers on job descriptions. As the owner of Simplexity By Gauri since April 2013, Gauri serves as a consultant, innovator, and career coach. Previous roles include career coaching at the Indianapolis Urban League, strategic workforce planning consulting for the State of Indiana, and assistant director of the Career Development Office at IUPUI.
